At any given time multiple of us are cofronting/blending, "hosts" are those that are pretty much always fronting. Don't worry about differentiating them from the outside, we're still working on recognizing whose active and when

Making this mainly for myself/to share with my friends who are curious abt the system thus far, none of this will mean anything to anyone else lol.

For this page I'll just clarify my selection of terminology
Resonant = Fictives, introjects of fictional and original characters. Fully aware of the difference between fiction and reality, yadda yadda, they're still me/not "literally" these characters (my version living in my head rent free, essentially) tho some are less comfortable talking about the "meta" aspects of it
Charge = Those that need more support and care/caretaking within the system, "inner child" aspects, so to speak.
Gatekeeper = Can influence, whether they want to or not, who's fronting.
Holder = They have/"hold" specific memories, preferences, feelings, compartmentalized things, etc.
